We found a home!!! Oh happy day!

Agent, scripts, Thai...

I officially have an agent now. We really like her and the company she works with! And she's best friends with my manager as well! So we have a good team together. When we were at the agency signing contracts I got to do a voice-over audition, and that was really cool. I went in a little studio and just read one line. I was a bit tongue tied at first, but I think I got it after about...1o tries...or so. Also we went to a Thai restaurant yesterday that was delicious! I've never really had Thai, but mom and I really enjoyed it. Although they brought me the wrong dish and then after I had eaten half of it our waitress came up and said "I brought you wrong thing, that ok?" so I had something with coconut milk, curry, and beef instead of Duck Curry. It was purty good though, so I didn't mind. I got a script last night for an audition coming up and I'm pretty excited about it, it's a neat story. I also have a 30 minute session with an acting coach on Monday set up, and I have to memorize a script for that. I also have an all day commercial workshop next Saturday with some neat acting coaches! So, busy, busy, busy. Mom and I are enjoying ourselves even though not having a place to live is mildly stressful. I believe that's all! More updates soon!

Rush Hour Fun.

We tried to make it to the Department of Labor after my audition , but we hit rush hour traffic and we didn't get there till 5:02...So two minutes late! And then we went the next day, but they wouldn't accept the letter we had saying I'm home schooled because it's from 1998. So, we have to get an updated letter saying I'm still home schooled and we can't do that till Monday...But this is rush hour traffic in L.A! Oh joy!

1st audition!!!

Heading to my first audition. It went ok, but I'll be more prepared for my next one. I have a few days to study the script for one coming up!

Checkin out sketchy sublet...

Heading to check out an apartment we were going to sublet in Glendale. It turned out to be an illegal sublet...Or so we think, and the lady was not happy with us for not subletting the place. It was small and tacky and she wanted to leave all of her stuff there sooo....Not the best option. We'll just keep looking and praying till we find a place!
